Empowerment Through Education

We develop and deliver bespoke educational programs with sport at the core through our virtual mentorship program - GAME Plan .

GAME Plan matches Certified Canadian Caribbean youth mentors who have an interest in sport with youth in the Caribbean who participate in sport. This innovative program increases leadership and a sense of belonging for our mentors in Canada by providing them training to enrich the lives of their peers in the Caribbean and connect them to their cultural identities.

Mentees in GAME Plan increase social competence, grit and critical thinking skills which research shows, leads to greater academic attainment and outcomes. The program teaches these competencies through the application of experiential learning and mentorship. With sport as a theme and connection to all programming activities, GAME Plan will cultivate experiences that build their capacity and competence to connect and engage in critical life skills development.
